TERMS: All offerings are subject to availability and all prices are subject to change without notice. Each catalog, listing, order form or other announcement of company policy supersedes all prior or undated announcements of company policy.
All orders are filled in the order in which payment arrives. We accept approved credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express), PayPal, money order, or personl check. A $25.00 charge will be assessed for returned checks. Purchases paid for with credit cards or money orders will be processed immediately. Personal checks must be cleared and create a 1 week delay. Please do not send cash.
For those paying by check or money order, we estimate Ground shipping for orders under $75 to be 25%, orders up to $150 to be 20%, and orders over $150 should estimate 15%.
For credit card orchid orders, your Mastercard, Visa, Discover , or American Express card is charged upon confirmation of the order, for plant costs, shipping costs and a packaging charge of five percent (5%) of the plant total.
SHIPPING: All shipping is done on Mondays and Tuesdays only, regardless of shipping method. All orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS, except orders to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Alaska, which will be shipped using Priority Mail. During winter months, we will withhold shipment of orchid orders until weather conditions are conducive to their safe delivery (low temps above freezing).
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: We take great care in packing your order. If damage is evident upon receipt of the order, please keep all packaging material and the plants. Report the damage to us immediately. We may require the return of the damaged items if a refund is to be made or a replacement plant is sent.
WHOLESALE: This is a retail catalog only. Sorry, but at this time we do not have a wholesale listing.
OUR GUARANTEE: If you are not completely satisfied, contact us immediately and/or return the plants within 2 weeks of receipt of order. Liability is limited to the cost of the plant(s) and their packing cost.
Odom's Orchids guarantees healthy plants, but makes no warranty as to productivity or performance of any plant sold, as that is dependent upon your growing conditions. We guarantee the plants to be healthy and disease free for a period of 30 days in their original container. If you have any problems within 30 days, please email us multiple pictures, and we will refund or replace the orchid. Repotting before the 30 days is up will void the guarantee.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Since our catalog has such a large selection and some items are very limited, it is not always possible to have every plant available for the entire year. Some plants may actually sell out in a relatively short time. We encourage you to list a few back-up choices, especially if you want a plant in bud/bloom for a gift, or you can give us a daytime telephone number when you order so we can call to discuss other plant choices.
