Description
Our friend Victor Elliot crossed a reddish well-shaped schofieldiana to the richly colored peloric leopoldii. It will be very interesting to see how many of the offspring show signs of partial or full pelorism. You can expect tall sturdy bifoliate plants with heads of waxy 3″-4″ deep bronze flowers with darker brown spotting and a purple lip, however we are anticipating some nice surprises. These are the first four seedlings to bloom from this cross. The first 3 are showing the peloria coming through. The fourth shows no peloria. Can’t wait to see more!
